Drew McClanahan serves as the Director of the Office of Leadership Support for the West Virginia Department of Education. Prior to this role Drew served both as a curriculum and administrative assistant principal in Kanawha County Schools. Drew began his career teaching United States History and Special Education. Drew’s work with leadership has supported both beginning and experienced principals, throughout the state of West Virginia, with a focus on research-proven strategies and beliefs related to a learning for all mission.
