Felicia Bush, MA, MSW, LGSW is the founder and CEO of Harmony Mental Health, Inc., a private non-profit mental health, and social services agency serving 9 West Virginia counties that combines social justice and victim advocacy with direct social and therapeutic services. She holds master’s degrees in counseling and social work. Her personal clinical practice is focused on very young children who have experienced trauma.

Felicia began her social justice work as a domestic violence advocate.  In 2010, she joined the Kanawha County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office to develop and open The Kanawha County Victim’s Services Center, where she served as Executive Director.  She is a founding member of the West Virginia Defending Childhood Initiative known as Handle With Care. She currently serves as the mental health chair of the West Virginia Children’s Justice Task Force and is a member of the Expanded School Mental Health (ESMH) Committee and the Wood County Family Treatment Court Team. Felicia resides in Parkersburg and Charleston, WV.
